Per signature. On top of that, a separate travel fee will be charged which varies by distance and time of day.
You'll need a valid, government-issued photo ID (driver's license or ID card or passport), the document(s) to be notarized, and all signers must be present at the time of notarization
What do i need to bring for an appointment?
How far in advance do I need to schedule?
Same day appointments are often possible, but booking a day or 2 ahead gives more flexibility on time and location. Urgent requests can be accommodated but not guaranteed.
